FAQs

  • THERE IS A VERY UNFORTUNATE PRICE DIFFERENCE FROM WHEN YOU ORDER ONLINE AND WHEN YOU BUY OUR SANDWICHES IN-STORE. THE 10% INCREASE IN PRICE IS TO ENSURE THAT THE MERCHANT FEES ARE COVERED, AND TO PAY OUR EMPLOYEES AND STAKEHOLDERS A FAIR WAGE MAKING SURE THEY ARE FAIRLY COMPENSATED.

  • Orders will usually be confirmed one day before the scheduled delivery or pickup. Please do not worry when you haven’t received a confirmation email but feel free to check in with us via email if you have any questions about the confirmation, we’d be happy to help!

  • Unfortunately not. We figured not many people have rice for breakfast… So we start washing our rice at 10AM, and have it out by 11AM earliest so the rice wouldn’t turn stale for customers coming in for lunch and they can enjoy our grainbowls in the freshest way possible. Not that we’re lazy peeps alright.

  • We get it, it’s hard to order for that many people. Orders might get messed up or people might have a change of mind or additional people joining the party. Just check in with us via email with your order number and items you’d like to add, and we will do our best to fit you right in.

  • In the very unfortunate situation that your order gets cancelled (Also, please know that we’re very sorry! We might have overbooked ourselves.), we will process a refund and have a confirmation email sent to you. The refund will be credited to the card which the order was paid for, and the full amount would be back in your account within 5-10 working days. PLEASE check in with us if it takes any longer.
